Liberty Braille is the OK State Dept. of Education designated point of contact for Oklahoma local educational agencies for assistance in providing alternate format materials such as braille, large print, and digital text materials.

We are currently accepting materials requests for the 2012-13 school year.

TWO WAYS TO ACCESS SERVICES:

1. Create an online account in just minutes and easily track your materials from request to delivery by using the new Online Web Portal.

2. Download PDF forms to fill out by hand and fax in. Make sure you include a current student information form with each request.
